Bruns

Bruns is a Netherlands-based developer and producer of high-quality exhibitions and exhibits, making stories tangible through interactive objects and memorable visitor experiences. With experience in the museum sector dating back to 1963, the company also works internationally with science centres, visitor and information centres, and brand experience centres.

Bruns provides an integrated project service, translating concepts and designs into finished installations while taking responsibility for the production process and the quality of the final result. Its in-house disciplines include interior design and construction, vitrines, mechatronics and robotics, audiovisual media and multimedia, graphic design, and lighting. These capabilities support exhibits that invite visitors to explore, experiment, and engage with subjects in different ways.

Based at De Ploeg, a historic landmark site with more than 11,000 square metres of specialist workshops, Bruns combines technical creativity, modern craftsmanship, and established techniques. Its projects include work for museums and science centres, such as Museumpark VONK in Eindhoven, VilVite’s Planet Ocean in Bergen, ARTIS-Aquarium in Amsterdam, and Valkhof Museum in Nijmegen.
