Brush Creek Cemetery is a non-profit, non-sectarian cemetery serving people of all faiths in Irwin and surrounding communities in southwestern Pennsylvania. Founded in 1782, it has a long history of community service and is the resting place of veterans from every American war since the Revolution. Located in the Laurel Highlands near Brush Creek-Manor Road, the cemetery offers a peaceful, naturally landscaped setting with more than 60 acres of available burial space.
Services include traditional grave-site interments, in-ground and above-ground placement of cremated remains, mausoleum options, and a columbarium niche that accommodates two urns. A non-denominational chapel provides an accessible, sheltered location for services. The cemetery also offers perpetual care, grounds maintenance, foundations for memorials, government marker installation, and endowment arrangements for flowers, shrubs, and wreaths. Special requests are welcomed.
Brush Creek Cemetery supports families facing an immediate need as well as those planning ahead. Staff can help identify available spaces, including locations near relatives, and discuss financial arrangements. Six months of interest-free payments are available.
