About BSides Cape Town
BSides Cape Town is an annual Information/Security conference that stands out from the rest. As a volunteer-organized event, it is dedicated to bringing the community together. With a dedicated staff of committee members and volunteers, BSides Cape Town ensures that the conversations started are always relevant to current affairs.
Instead of traditional lecture-style presentations, practical demonstrations take center stage. The Cape Town chapter of BSides has been active since before 2012, and its success can be attributed to the generous support from donors and sponsors who share their vision of knowledge sharing. To stay connected and get involved, follow BSides Cape Town on Meet-up and Twitter (@0xc0ffee_cpt), and join their community of like-minded hackers on the second Saturday of each month.
