BSS

Brøndby Strands Sejlklub (BSS) is an active sailing club based at Brøndby Harbour, bringing together people who enjoy being on the water, whether they sail, use motorboats, or combine both. The club focuses on community and offers members opportunities to meet, learn, and take part in sailing activities throughout the year. Its programme includes social gatherings, group sailing trips, talks, and other events.

BSS provides adult sailing instruction, including training for the certificate of competence and practical sailing. Members can also participate in competitive sailing and adventure sailing. The club’s youth department serves children and young people aged 6 to 25, with sailing and waterside activities for different ages and needs. Options include dinghy and keelboat sailing, water-safety activities for younger children, and sailing opportunities for children with special needs.

The club also supports members through its sailing school, activity calendar, and information about club life. With a broad range of ways to get involved, BSS aims to be an inclusive and attractive community for people interested in sailing.
