BTB is not your average gym. We take a scientific approach to training and provide cutting-edge equipment, making us feel more like a sophisticated science lab. Our facility has been the preferred workout destination for world-class championship boxers and is home to 18 world championship belts, 9 Olympic medalists, and numerous national gold gloves champions.
What sets us apart is the unique combination of a data-driven, state-of-the-art workout facility and a full-service boxing gym. We believe in the synergy of both sides of our gym, encouraging strength training clients to participate in boxing classes or one-on-one workouts. Additionally, we now offer daily HIIT Boxing classes that deliver the perfect mix of cardio and muscle toning.
Our gym incorporates the use of revolutionary pneumatic equipment, reducing wear and tear on the body while helping athletes achieve their fitness goals. We are proud to be Boca Raton's elite private gym, a place where professional athletes come to perform at their peak and serious fitness enthusiasts can reach new levels of fitness. Join us and experience the difference of BTB
