Bubblesphysio

Bubbles Physio is a paediatric physiotherapy service based in Cairns, Queensland, supporting infants and children through assessment and therapy tailored to their development and family goals. Led by director and senior physiotherapist Donna Fallon, who has more than 15 years of experience, the practice offers home visits for self-managed and plan-managed NDIS participants, as well as clinic appointments in Cairns. Aquatic physiotherapy is also available at Woree and Tobruk pools for eligible clients.

Services include developmental assessments and treatment, infant development and handling guidance, and support for gross motor delays, muscle tone differences, coordination and motor-planning challenges. The team also assesses walking patterns and foot positioning, and provides input for concerns such as toe walking, in-toeing, positional plagiocephaly and torticollis. Care may include practical therapy ideas, positioning, strengthening, stretching and hydrotherapy guidance.

Appointments are required, and families can join a waitlist using an intake form for NDIS or non-NDIS clients. Medicare EPC and HICAPS are available on request, with a gap payment applying.
