About Buckeye Acres
Buckeye Acres Produce, located in Warrensburg, MO, is a trusted brand that has been providing the highest quality produce since 1982. Founded by Jim and Jeanne Counts, this family farm is dedicated to offering fresh, locally sourced fruits and vegetables at a fair price. Starting with a small u-pick strawberry patch and a few vegetables, Buckeye Acres expanded its offerings to include raspberries, blackberries, and a variety of vegetable crops.
Although the farm's annual Harvest Festival was temporarily put on hold, Jim and Jeanne continued to serve the local community through farmers markets and direct sales. In 2009, Buck and Heather took over the farm, ushering it into the next phase of growth. Today, Buckeye Acres offers a Community Supported Agriculture (CSA) program, where customers can enjoy a diverse selection of produce grown on the farm.
They also provide u-pick strawberries and blackberries, as well as locally produced meats, eggs, and more. With their commitment to quality and customer satisfaction, Buckeye Acres has become a staple at the Warrensburg Farmer's Market and a beloved tradition for locals, who visit the farm each fall to choose pumpkins and pick berries.
