Buddy’s Rescue

Buddy's Second Chance Rescue is a dedicated non-profit animal shelter located in Western New York, established in 2013 with a heartfelt mission to save dogs from high-kill shelters. Inspired by Buddy, a courageous pup who narrowly escaped euthanasia, the organization aims to provide every dog with the opportunity for a loving home. Partnering with compassionate foster families, Buddy's Rescue provides safe havens for dogs of all ages—from energetic puppies to wise seniors—ensuring they receive the care and attention they need until they find their forever homes.

In addition to facilitating adoptions, Buddy's Second Chance Rescue operates Buddy & Friends Dog Daycare, where playtime fees support the rescue's lifesaving efforts. Community involvement is at the core of their mission, welcoming donations, volunteers, and foster families to join in rewriting the destinies of these deserving animals. With their motto, Save one until there are none, Buddy's Rescue passionately works to turn tragic tales into stories of hope, one wag at a time
