Budo-kan Brno is a sports karate club based in the Líšeň and Vinohrady districts of Brno, Czech Republic. The club focuses on youth training and competition in World Karate Federation (WKF) sport karate and Goju-ryu karate. Its sessions cover kata, in which students perform structured sequences of techniques, and kumite, or sparring. WKF competition rules prohibit injurious contact, and children’s bouts allow no contact. Physical development is part of every session, with movement skills and fitness especially prominent in training for younger children.

Budo-kan offers classes for beginners, advanced students and representative-level athletes, with training held at ZŠ Novolíšeňská and Belcredi Castle. The club also provides individual conditioning preparation. New members are invited to join, including during September recruitment sessions, and the club states that participation can begin during the year. Head coach Mgr. Veronika Mišková holds a fourth dan in Goju-ryu and has represented the Czech Republic since 2009. The club shares news about competitions, training camps and achievements, and is supported by membership income and public grants.
