MVB

Büchergutschein is a nationwide book-gift voucher service for people who want to share the pleasure of reading. Its vouchers can be purchased and redeemed at participating bookshops across Germany, giving recipients the freedom to choose one or more books themselves. Customers can also buy a voucher online, making it a convenient last-minute gift that can still be redeemed in person at a participating bookstore.

A bookshop search helps customers find locations where they can buy or use a voucher, and an online validity checker provides information about activation, value, and expiry date. Gift sleeves are available through bookshops for a more personal presentation. Büchergutschein also serves businesses seeking reading-focused gifts for employees, customers, and business partners, and invites bookshops to join its partner network.

The service provides information about voucher terms, frequently asked questions, and customer contact options. It also notes that existing Bücherschecks can still be redeemed. The website is associated with MVB GmbH and offers further information through its social media channels
