The Bülacher Eislaufclub (BEC) is a figure-skating club based in Bülach, Switzerland, serving skating enthusiasts in the Zürcher Unterland and surrounding communities. Founded in 1986, the club promotes inclusion, enjoyment and discipline, and aims to make figure skating accessible to people of different ages, backgrounds and skill levels. It also supports youth development and identifies promising skaters for competitive training.

BEC offers courses for beginners through to performance-level athletes. Programs include introductory holiday courses, a playful Pingu course for young children, basic Sternli classes, and hobby courses for skaters of varied ages and abilities. Motivated young skaters may progress to a development group or selected U12 and A squads, while the B squad combines regular training with a focus on enjoyment and preparation for tests and the club’s show. Training can include on-ice sessions, off-ice conditioning, ballet and competition participation, depending on the program. The club also offers ballet to support posture, flexibility and body awareness.
