About BürgerEnergie Berlin eG
BürgerEnergie Berlin is the largest energy cooperative in Berlin, dedicated to promoting community involvement in the city's energy infrastructure. Our focus is on advancing the transition to renewable energy to combat climate change. We offer various opportunities for individuals to participate, including the development of communal power plants, self-building initiatives, and the implementation of plug-and-play solar devices.
Additionally, we advocate for citizen involvement and influence in energy networks. Through our work, we aim to accelerate the adoption of eco-friendly electricity and to support the city's efforts to become carbon neutral by 2045. Members of our community receive regular updates on events and progress through our newsletter and have access to informational resources on our blog.
Join us in our commitment to driving the energy transition in Berlin and contributing to a cleaner, more sustainable future for our city
