Buffini Chao

The Buffini Chao Foundation is a philanthropic organization founded by Sir Damon Buffini and his wife, Debbie, in 2005. The foundation is dedicated to promoting education and opportunities, supporting numerous charities and programs that impact children and young people in the UK and beyond. Sir Damon Buffini, Lady Debbie Buffini, and the trustees, including Maria Grazia Hindmarsh, Sue Gutierrez, and Karen Platt, have worked tirelessly to shape the foundation's mission to enhance the lives and futures of young people.

Lady Debbie Buffini, a former solicitor, is actively involved with chosen charities and serves on the Board of the English National Ballet, while Sir Damon Buffini, a former partner at Permira, was appointed as Chair of the Culture Recovery Fund and currently chairs the Royal National Theatre. The trustees, including Maria Grazia Hindmarsh, Sue Gutierrez, and Karen Platt, are all passionate about providing opportunities and support for young people.
