About Build4People
Build4People is a brand committed to researching and improving the quality of urban life. They offer a range of products and services aimed at creating sustainable and environmentally friendly cities. Their work is organized into different work packages, including Behavior Change, Sustainable Building, Sustainable Neighborhoods, Urban Green, Urban Climate, and Sustainable Urban Transformation.
The recent Build4People Status Conference, held in October 2023, focused on two main objectives. Firstly, it provided a platform for presenting and discussing the collective research results of the work packages. Secondly, it offered an outlook on future activities and implementation ideas.
The conference also addressed the importance of transdisciplinary integration and emphasized the lessons learned from previous Ecocity Transition Labs. Another key point of discussion was the "PPCH B4P TRANSFORMATION TOOLBOX," a vital product that analyzes, plans, implements, and monitors strategies for healthy, smart, and sustainable neighborhood development in Cambodia.
