BUILD is a leading public-private dialogue platform dedicated to promoting private sector development in Bangladesh. Established in 2011 by the Dhaka Chamber of Commerce and Industry (DCCI), Metropolitan Chamber of Commerce and Industry (MCCI), and Chittagong Chamber of Commerce and Industry (CCCI), BUILD facilitates structured and constructive dialogues between the public and private sectors to champion development.

With a focus on research, advocacy, and dialogue, BUILD works in areas such as 4IR and ICT, financial sector development, logistics, infrastructure development, SME development, sustainability, green growth, taxation, and trade and investment. The organization is also recognized as the primary source of recommendations for meetings of the Private Sector Development Policy Coordination Committee established at the Prime Minister's Office.

By collaborating with national and international partner organizations such as the Bangladesh Investment Development Authority (BIDA), International Finance Corporation (IFC), and United Nations Development Programme (UNDP), BUILD aims to bridge public-private policy partnerships and create an enabling environment for private sector growth in Bangladesh. Whether through policy reforms, dialogue engagement, or advocacy efforts, BUILD is committed to unlocking economic opportunities and accelerating private sector participation.
