Builders of Architecture is a Melbourne boutique builder specialising in architecturally designed, high-end residential homes. For more than 15 years, the company has worked with homeowners and architects to turn ambitious designs into carefully crafted, lived-in spaces. Its portfolio includes bespoke homes such as Spindrift, Elm St, Bay Pearl, Gunmetal and Kyneton Residence, each shaped by its own setting, materials and client vision.

The company supports projects from early planning through completion, helping clients define priorities, align design and construction decisions, and preserve architectural intent throughout the build. Its approach centres on disciplined project management, detailed workmanship and clear communication, with a focus on delivering homes on time and within budget. The team also highlights in-house joinery as a way to manage timelines and resolve issues during construction. Builders of Architecture reports completing more than 80 bespoke homes across Melbourne and delivering over $120 million in high-end construction value. It offers consultations for homeowners and architects and provides annual inspections for the life of each home, according to its website.
