Building EnergetiCx

Building EnergetiCx is an independent commissioning firm that specializes in bridging the gap between design, construction, and operation. With a team of experts, they ensure that building systems are installed and performing as expected, reducing liability and ensuring thermal comfort, occupant productivity, and indoor environmental quality. Studies show that we spend more than 90% of our lives inside buildings, so the design, construction, and operation of these buildings greatly impact our lives.

As an owner advocate, Building EnergetiCx plays a crucial role in verifying the functionality of building systems, especially during the critical point of functional testing when construction schedules and budgets are on the line. With extensive experience in commissioning standards, such as whole building commissioning and continuous commissioning, Building EnergetiCx guarantees that the building systems will start up, stay up, and perform as expected. They have successfully served over 230 projects, commissioning more than 18 million square feet of commercial, institutional, and industrial space.

With Building EnergetiCx on board, clients can have confidence in the safe and smooth start-up of their building systems
