About Building Social Impact
The Building Social Impact Initiative, in collaboration with Baan Dek Foundation, UNICEF, and Thai construction leaders, is dedicated to enhancing the living conditions and access to services for workers and their children in construction camps across Thailand. Baan Dek Foundation, with its extensive experience in social support since 2002, shifted its focus to address the challenges faced by children and workers in construction camps. Through groundbreaking research and collaboration, the Initiative offers businesses a Framework for Action and a comprehensive Toolkit and Training Package to integrate respect for the rights of workers and children in construction camps into their operations.
