Buildmyworld

Buildmyworld is a community-driven Minecraft building project focused on creating a distinctive medieval world, block by block. Its team of passionate builders works from a flat world and builds without tools such as Axiom, VoxelSniper or WorldEdit. The project shares its progress through long-form timelapse videos documenting major construction phases, shorter “Quicklies,” monthly updates, articles, galleries and other video formats. It also features a resource map, wiki and community spaces to help visitors explore the world and follow its development.

Collaboration is central to Buildmyworld. Regular Buildmychunks events invite participants to create builds within a set theme, time limit and area. Themes are selected through community voting, and a closing livestream showcases entries before votes determine a winner, who can suggest the next event’s theme. The project also offers opportunities to join the server and take part in community activities. Its developing world includes four planned realms, with Kerchapon described as a kingdom known for craftsmanship, machinery and warfare.
