Buildrok

Buildrok provides AI receptionist services designed for trade businesses and other appointment-based local services. Its receptionist answers calls when owners or staff are busy or unavailable, including outside business hours, and gathers the information needed to follow up. The system is tailored to each business’s services, hours, service area, and urgent situations, so it can ask relevant questions, identify time-sensitive jobs, and avoid quoting prices.

After a call, Buildrok sends the business a written lead by email and saves it in a Lead Inbox with the call recording and transcript. Lead details can include the caller’s name and phone number, address, requested service, problem description, urgency, and preferred callback time. When a caller wants an appointment, the receptionist can book it directly into the business’s calendar through Cal.com.

Buildrok sets up the service for customers and supports forwarding missed calls from an existing business number, so the phone rings first and unanswered calls are routed to the AI receptionist.
