BuildUp Bootcamp is a project-based bootcamp designed for the top 5% of talent in Armenia. As a brand, BuildUp aims to disrupt the outsource-oriented mindset of the country and replace it with a product-oriented mindset by creating a network of technically brilliant and passionate professionals. They achieve this by providing peer-to-peer and problem-based learning programs in the Armenian tech industry.

To ensure the success of their programs, BuildUp has built a community of 200+ top leaders in the Armenian technology industry worldwide, who will invest $100 per month for the next two years. These leaders will help create problem-based learning programs that will allow local specialists to level up their skills and be immediately hireable by these industry leaders. BuildUp also provides a supportive environment for motivated and promising students, with internationally prominent tutors, entrepreneurs-in-residence, agile coaches, and like-minded peers.

This collaborative atmosphere enables students to grow faster, learn to work in multidisciplinary teams, and create digital products from scratch.
