BuitenGewoonFit Zutphen

BuitenGewoonFit Zutphen is a fitness and outdoor activity organisation offering guided exercise in natural surroundings. Its weekly sessions take place in Joppe and on the Gorsselse Heide, where professional trainers lead participants through activities designed to build fitness, strength and balance. Programmes include RunFit, Nordic Walking and WandelFit, alongside BinnenFit indoor training during the winter period.

Members can sign up for classes in LenteFit and/or WinterFit, with annual membership and a free trial session available to newcomers. The organisation also offers a free Nordic Walking workshop and provides a range of self-training ideas and exercises, including interval workouts, hill training, balance practice and strength exercises. Indoor sessions are held at Walter Gillijnschool in Zutphen, while outdoor training is based at De Zessprong in Joppe.

Beyond regular classes, BuitenGewoonFit organises group trips, including winter travel to the Dolomites, and shares news and information through its newsletter and website. Its activities combine structured coaching with opportunities to enjoy exercise, fresh air and companionship
