Bulb Therapy

Bulb Therapy is a counselling practice led by Charlotte Smith and based in Rainham, Kent. Its approach centres on offering a safe, supportive space where people can explore their experiences, develop greater self-awareness and work through personal difficulties. Drawing on her own understanding of struggle and the importance of relationships, Charlotte aims to walk alongside clients as they find meaning and consider practical ways forward.

The practice offers one-to-one counselling, walking therapy and family therapy, as well as training. Online sessions are available via Zoom, providing another way to access support. Bulb Therapy also delivers workshops and training on sensitive topics, including self-injury, for professionals and organisations. Testimonials from teachers and support workers highlight the informative and thoughtful nature of its training.

The website provides information about fees, frequently asked questions and the therapist, alongside reflections on mental health and personal growth. Bulb Therapy welcomes enquiries by phone or email and lists weekday and Saturday opening hours, with Sunday availability by arrangement.
