Bull Creek Foundation’s

The Bull Creek Foundation is a community-focused organization dedicated to protecting, educating about, and inspiring care for the Bull Creek parks and watershed in Austin, Texas. Its work connects local residents with the natural areas and wildlife of the region, while sharing information about environmental issues that affect the community. The foundation publishes educational articles on topics such as floodplains, local biodiversity, and invasive species, helping readers better understand the watershed and its ecosystems.

Volunteers help by pulling or levering out small trees and using cutting tools to remove larger ones. The organization also highlights community observations of local nature through iNaturalist, giving visitors a way to explore wildlife recorded in the area.

People can support its efforts by volunteering, following its monthly news, subscribing to its newsletter, or donating. Through conservation, public education, and community participation, the Bull Creek Foundation encourages people to value and care for the natural places around them
