Meli Kirkwood is a women’s health and performance nutrition practice based in Savannah, Georgia, serving local clients and offering virtual services nationwide. Meli is a bilingual, Venezuela-born clinical nutritionist with more than 20 years of experience and training in functional nutrition, nervous system science, and movement.

Hormone, gut, and genetic testing help inform personalized plans, replacing guesswork with a clearer understanding of each client’s needs.
