Bumpsbirthandbeyond

Bumps, Birth & Beyond is a family-focused support business dedicated to accompanying women and families through pregnancy, birth and early parenthood. Its approach centres on the belief that birth is a significant and powerful transition, and that preparation can help families feel supported as they move into parenthood. The business offers a range of services and resources for different stages of this journey, including hypnobirthing, one-to-one sessions and birth equipment. It also aims to connect families with a wider community of practitioners, providers and support.

Among its offerings is the Becoming a Woman workshop, run with Jaz and Fi for girls approaching or just beginning menstruation and their mothers. The workshop creates a supportive space to explore the menstrual cycle, build understanding of its physical and spiritual dimensions, and share experiences across generations. Bumps, Birth & Beyond operates on Bundjalung Country in the Ballina area and acknowledges the Traditional Owners and the enduring cultures and connections of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples.
