Bungee Fitness

Bungee Fitness by Heavenly Fitness brings a lively, low-impact workout experience to Heavenly Fitness’s studio in Tovil, Maidstone, Kent. Participants wear a harness attached to a bungee while an instructor guides them through movements designed to challenge and motivate. Classes combine resistance exercises, cardio and core strengthening, engaging the whole body while being kind to the joints. The bungee lets participants jump, spring, float and move in new ways, with opportunities to work at their own pace and enjoy the experience.

Customers can join a group class or arrange a private session with friends or family; one-to-one sessions and smaller groups can also be arranged. Group classes are designed for up to 10 people, with class sizes subject to change. Sessions are £18 per person, with lower-cost options available through class credits or memberships. Booking in advance is required. The studio notes a maximum harness waist size of 42 inches and can combine bungees for heavier participants.
