Buro Broccoli is the practice of Anne Hopman, offering holistic coaching, vegan workshops and plant-based catering. Guided by the belief that health is connected across many areas of life, Anne takes an individual approach that considers food, movement, relaxation, sleep, relationships, work and personal meaning. Her aim is to inspire people to make choices that support wellbeing and bring more energy and balance to everyday life, without pressuring them to become vegan.

Coaching programmes are tailored to each person and may combine Human Design, breathing techniques, yoga, relaxation, Voice Dialogue and reflection on food and habits. Anne also shares plant-based recipes and ideas for making vegan meals, including gluten-free and sugar-free options. For retreats and groups of 10 to 30 people, Buro Broccoli provides on-location vegan catering featuring organic, gluten-free meals made with pure, minimally processed ingredients. Drawing on 14 years of experience and ongoing learning, Anne brings together different tools to help clients explore what works best for them.
