Buro Zwiers is an independent pension advisory firm specializing in practical, clear guidance for employers, entrepreneurs, self-employed people, employees, private individuals and works councils. Pension planning can be complex, and the firm helps clients understand their options and make informed decisions about arrangements for today and the future, including preparation for the new pension system.

Its services include advice on collective workplace pension schemes, individual pension planning, building retirement savings, annuities and early retirement. Buro Zwiers also supports works councils with pension matters and offers pension calculations and tailored advice. Clients can request a proposal or arrange a conversation with an adviser.

The firm begins with a complimentary introductory meeting to discuss a client’s needs, followed by a clear price quote before any decision to proceed. It aims to use fixed fees and provides graphical reports designed to make pension information easier to understand. Buro Zwiers states that it receives no payments from insurers or banks, emphasizing its independence.
