BurpNap is a baby-tracking app for iPhone and iPad designed to make daily caregiving easier and less stressful. Its simple, one-tap logs help parents record feeds, sleep, diaper changes, temperatures and medicines, while Today brings recent activity together at a glance. Features include bottle and breastfeeding timers, nap tracking that continues when the app is closed, diaper details, dose reminders based on prescriptions entered by caregivers, and support for adding or correcting past entries.

Families can share each baby’s log with invited partners, grandparents or caregivers, with separate profiles for siblings and twins. BurpNap also offers a collection of 20 first-year milestones, weight and height records, charts, daily averages, PDF reports and CSV exports to help prepare for pediatrician visits. The app is free to download, with feed and sleep tracking available at no charge. A Premium subscription unlocks additional tracking, reports, reminders, milestones, family sharing and more. No account is required: information stays on users’ devices and, if enabled, in their own iCloud, shared only with people they invite.
