Bushi-Do

Bushi-Do is a martial arts and self-defence school serving children, young people and adults. Its training program focuses on the Chan Shaolin Si Kung-Fu style, incorporating elements of Kempo Naadaa and Ju-Jitsu-based self-defence. Students can also learn techniques involving traditional weapons, including the long staff, baton and tonfa, while optional Ken-Jitsu classes are available for those interested in Japanese sword arts.

The school welcomes both newcomers and returning students for its 2025–2026 training season. Classes are led by instructor Rafał Matuła, a holder of 8th Dan, with support from assistant instructors. Beyond regular lessons, Bushi-Do offers opportunities to take student and master-level examinations, and to participate in training camps, seminars and competitions. The school has branches in Rzeszów, Straszydle, Błażowa and Zarzecze, and shares news about training, examinations and martial arts events. Prospective students can contact the school by phone for enrolment and further information.
