Bushi and Brush Arts Dojo is a Lancaster, Pennsylvania, school that brings together martial arts and creative instruction. Inspired by the philosophy of the Samurai, the dojo describes its approach as a twofold path: learning to defend and learning to create. Joanna is an illustrator and first-degree black belt, with a bachelor’s degree in illustration and a minor in art history from PCA&D.
