Bushido-Club Olfen is a local martial arts club welcoming people interested in self-defense, combat sports, or trying a new form of exercise. Its training focuses on Ju-Jutsu, a self-defense discipline that applies the Ju principle of using an opponent’s force. Techniques include joint locks, throwing combinations, and breathing methods, offering members a practical and varied approach to the art.

The club holds training sessions twice a week in a relaxed yet focused atmosphere. Members work toward Kyu and Dan examinations while also developing general endurance and strength. Ju-Jutsu is offered for children as well as adults, with children’s instruction presented in a playful way. Alongside physical skills, the practice helps children build concentration and reaction ability and encourages respect and consideration for their training partners.

Bushido-Club Olfen invites newcomers, experienced practitioners, and anyone curious about Ju-Jutsu to visit a session and see how training works. The club’s website provides information about training times, trainers, and contact details, and interested visitors can get in touch with questions.
