Bushido

**Clan Bushido** welcomes enthusiasts to the rich world of martial arts in Brescia, distinct from the similarly named Palestra Bushido. Dedicated practitioners have nurtured this traditional group, embodying the spirit of ancient Japanese clans. For over four decades, Clan Bushido has traced the roots of martial disciplines, focusing on Bugei and Bujutsu, systems historically rooted in the military training of feudal Japan.

Members engage in a diverse range of training, including hand-to-hand combat (Jujutsu), various weapon arts like Kenjutsu and Sojutsu, as well as specialized practices such as Hojojutsu and traditional dance movements. Beyond combat training, the clan emphasizes a holistic approach, integrating spiritual components like meditation, tea ceremonies, Sumi-e painting, and Zen gardens.

Clan Bushido aims to cultivate both martial and spiritual awareness, guided by core ethical principles. The goal is to create a dojo environment that honors this rich heritage while welcoming individuals from all backgrounds to explore and deepen their martial journey. Join us for a transformative experience in the heart of Brescia.
