Business Disability Forum (BDF) is a registered charity and membership organisation in England and Wales, bringing together more than 600 members and partners. Their organisations employ over five million people in the UK and a further 16 million worldwide. BDF works to help businesses become disability-smart and create more inclusive, accessible experiences for employees and customers.

The organisation offers membership and partnership benefits, advice, consultancy, learning and development, and support for small businesses. Its services include a Global Disability Smart Assessment, management tools, networks and taskforces, and guidance on inclusive customer service. BDF also provides expert resources through its Knowledge Hub, covering topics such as recruitment, technology, workplace adjustments, leadership, accessible communications and specific disabilities and conditions.

BDF supports disability inclusion through research, policy work, publications and collaboration with researchers and disability organisations. It also hosts conferences, webinars, events and awards, including the Disability Smart Impact Awards. Its guidance and events help organisations understand barriers, develop practical approaches and improve inclusion across their workplaces and services.
