"أمَـويُّـونَ، فإنْ ضِقْـتِ بهم ...ألحقـوا الدُنيا بِبُسـتانِ هِشَـامْ..." هكذا غنّت فيروز بمعرض دمشق الدولي قبل أكثر من نصف قرن، ومن كلماتها الخادلة وشعر سعيد عقل استوحينا اسم دارنا "بُستان هشام." اختلف المؤرخون في تحديد موقوع بساتين هشام بن عبد الملك، عاشر الخلفاء الأمويين، فمنهم من قال أنها بساتين باب شرقي، وأخرين قالوا أنها كانت في مقره الصيفي في الرصافة، التي عرفت بأزهار وأشجارها المُثمرة. ولعلّ أنّ كلا الموقعين صحيح. ومن "بُستان هشام" مجدداً نٌقدم لكم ما هو مثمر ومفيد، من كُتب وأبحاث، في التاريخ والشعر والأدب. ولِدت فكرة الدار في منتصف العام 2019، وكان خلفها ثلاثة شركاء، هم المحامي الأستاذ أحمد وليد منصور والتاجر مُهند الحسيني والكاتب الدكتور سامي مروان مبيّض. جمعهم حبهم لمدينة دمشق، وإيمانهم المطلق أنها وبالرغم من كلّ ما حل بها من خراب، ما زالت لؤلؤة المشرق وتاج المدن العربية والإسلامية. "دار بُستان هشام" متخصص بنشر الكتب والأبحاث، باللغتين العربية والإنكليزية، وتحديداً تلك المُتعلقة بتاريخ المشرق العربي. وتقع اهتمامات الدار في المواضيع التالية: •المذكرات •التاريخ (سياسة، مجتمع، فنون، دين، دراسات نسائية) •الشعر •الرواية •الترجمات [email protected]
