Button Rock Labs is an independent product studio based in Lyons, Colorado, founded by Greg Falconer, a former CEO with three decades of experience in telecom, healthcare technology, and fintech. The studio helps turn early ideas and inefficient business workflows into practical software, using AI-enabled development to move from concept to working product in weeks. Its process guides clients through staged decisions, beginning with market research and a written concept brief before progressing toward development and cash flow.

Button Rock Labs builds custom community platforms, interactive sales and decision tools, and AI-native business software tailored to how each organization works. Community features can include chat, meetings, challenges, journaling, and coaching. Its published product, Sober Motivation, is a mobile community platform for people in alcohol recovery, available on iOS and Android. The studio is also developing Echo, a Mac meeting recorder that captures call audio, transcribes conversations, and produces summaries and action items on-device.
