BuzzHive is an event ticketing and promotion platform for music promoters, DJs, and venues. It helps users manage the work behind club nights, festivals, concerts, raves, DJ sets, day parties, and other live events, with no monthly fee or paid tier. Promoters can create event pages with customizable designs and all-in ticket prices, set ticket tiers and presales, and send tickets by email and text. Ticket revenue goes directly to the promoter’s own Stripe account, while buyers see fees upfront.

BuzzHive also provides tools to promote shows, including scheduled social posts, flyer-based ads, email campaigns, and a website builder. Its creative suite includes Graphics, Vibe, Video, and Seat-Map Studios. For event day, teams can scan tickets using any phone, manage guest lists, and continue scanning offline before syncing later. Organizers can track sales and attendance, export attendee contacts, and use features such as promo codes, waitlists, ticket transfers, team logins, and co-promoter splits.
