About Bulgarian Private Equity & Venture Capital Association
BVCA, the Bulgarian Private Equity and Venture Capital Association, is an initiative by Bulgarian private investors, venture capital funds, and the entrepreneurial community in the country. Their main goal is to work together with their members to improve the business environment, promote innovation, and foster entrepreneurship in Bulgaria. BVCA takes the lead in popularizing the role of private investors as reliable and sustainable sources of funding for startups, growing, and established companies.
One of their priorities is to gather detailed data on investment activity in Bulgaria and present it to BVCA members, legislative and executive authorities, institutions, and the wider public. By giving a voice to the investment community, BVCA advocates for the industry's interests to stimulate a public dialogue that helps build a favorable investment environment in Bulgaria and the region.
