BWLL Challenger

Blendon-Westerville Little League Challenger Division provides children and young people with intellectual and physical challenges an opportunity to take part in Little League baseball in an environment adapted to their abilities. The program welcomes boys and girls ages 5 through 18 who remain in school. Players can receive assistance from “Buddies” as needed, both on and off the field, helping them participate in the game and enjoy the experience.

The league’s focus is on making baseball accessible and fun for every player. In its 2023 season, Blendon-Westerville Little League marked 32 years of Challenger baseball and welcomed players back to the fields. Participants are encouraged to bring their own glove, helmet, and bat when possible. The league can provide a glove and helmet if needed, supported by community donations, and has a few bats available for use, sanitized between players.

Blendon-Westerville Little League is also an approved vendor for the Delaware County Board of Developmental Disabilities.
