By Moon

By Moon is a personal food, support and care service built around mindful living, genuine attention and practical help. Its founder, Moon, aims to inspire, connect and ease everyday demands with support tailored to each person’s situation and needs. The food offering includes vegan cooking workshops, prepared meals, bespoke catering and fully provided meals for retreats. Dishes are 100% vegan, with an emphasis on fresh, simple ingredients and no unnecessary additives. Workshops combine guidance, cooking and shared meals, helping participants explore plant-based food and take away ideas for their own kitchens.

Through its support services, By Moon provides extra hands for individuals and businesses, including help with events, projects, household needs and special occasions. The care service offers support during pregnancy and assistance for older adults. Drawing on Moon’s background in maternity and elder care, this work focuses on attentive, compassionate help. Across food, support and care, By Moon offers flexible assistance intended to make demanding moments and everyday life feel more manageable.
