Blind Youth Association Nepal (BYAN) is a non-political, non-religious, and not-for-profit Non-Governmental Organization established by blind and partially sighted youths in Nepal. BYAN's vision is to ensure that the blind and partially sighted people of Nepal enjoy a dignified life in an inclusive society. The organization is actively involved in policy advocacy, education, employment, disaster risk reduction, and health and sexual and reproductive health rights (SRHR) of persons with disabilities, particularly the blind and partially sighted individuals.

BYAN aims to address the unexplored issues in association with SRHR and other aspects through strategic objectives outlined in its plan until 2025, focusing on organizational development, policy advocacy, quality education, health rights, employment, and disaster risk reduction. BYAN boasts a strong network and cooperation with various stakeholders and is committed to advocating for BPS-related legal provisions and empowering BPS youths across the country. With its dedication and expansion, BYAN continues to work towards the dignified and respected life of blind and partially sighted youth in Nepal
