Sedan 2016 har Nätverket för Byggekologi (upprinnelsen till Stiftelsen Byggekologi) under Almedalsveckan i Visby varje år arrangerat föreläsningar, panelsamtal och diskussioner som ska verka för att snabba på utvecklingen mot en i sanning mer ekologiskt, ekonomiskt och socialt hållbar samhällsutveckling inom stadsplanering och byggsektor. Hur planerar vi våra samhällen och bygger hus där vi på allvar arbetar för en anpassning till ekologi och livets villkor på jorden? About Stiftelsen Byggekologi
Stiftelsen Byggekologi is a brand dedicated to promoting sustainable and ecologically conscious building practices. Since 2016, the organization has been actively involved in the Almedalsveckan event in Visby, offering lectures, panel discussions, and conversations focused on accelerating the development towards a more environmentally, economically, and socially sustainable urban planning and construction industry. Their goal is to create healthy homes that prioritize resource management, local circular economies, and adaptation to the environment.
Stiftelsen Byggekologi supports individuals and organizations whose projects align with their mission. Through their presence in Almedalen, they showcase examples of modern ecological construction and strive to build sustainably for all. To further their cause, they offer a scholarship of 15,000 SEK during the Almedalsveckan to support individuals deserving of recognition for their contributions.
