About ITnaDraze
Pivovar Bicykl by Zikl is a home microbrewery located in Lhota pod Libčany. Although it is not intended for commercial beer production, it specializes in crafting high-quality beers for personal consumption and sharing with loved ones. The owner, Jan Zikl, is a passionate homebrewer who also enjoys exchanging beer samples with fellow enthusiasts.
In addition to brewing beer, Pivovar Bicykl plans to participate in competitions such as Chmelovárek and Litomyšl in the Czech Republic in 2022. Jan Zikl's favorite beer styles include Žitná IPA, Czech lagers, and various interpretations of IPA and APA. Throughout the first year of operation (February 2021 to February 2022), he brewed approximately 30 batches of beer, each consisting of 25 liters.
The microbrewery is located in a cellar previously used to store preserves and wine.
