About Coalition for Just Reparations
The Coalition for Just Reparations (C4JR) is an alliance of Iraqi NGOs dedicated to advocating for comprehensive reparations for survivors of atrocity crimes committed during the ISIL conflict in Iraq. C4JR aims to create a collaborative and safe space where survivors from all affected groups can have their grievances heard and addressed. These groups include the Yazidi, Turkmen, Shabak, Kakai, Christians, Shia, Sunnis, and others.
As part of their mission, C4JR provides access to best practices, international standards, and lessons learned from other post-conflict initiatives. The coalition also publishes position papers, resources, and newsletters related to reparations and survivors' perspectives. They strive to ensure that survivors of the ISIL conflict in Iraq can exercise their right to reparations.
C4JR encourages individuals to join their cause, support their efforts, and make donations in order to help survivors realize their right to reparations. Through their initiatives, C4JR seeks to bring solidarity and justice to survivors, advocating for the implementation of the Yazidi Survivors Law and supporting the rehabilitation and preservation of religious minority communities in Iraq
