C7 Training is a women-focused fitness studio in Dallas, Texas, offering a customized exercise experience for clients at every stage of life. Describing itself as “not a gym,” the studio aims to meet women where they are with hormone-friendly workouts and expert coaching tailored to a range of wellness goals. Clients can choose one-on-one training or small-group classes, with equipment including rebounders, weights and resistance bands.
Its toning and training programs are designed to build muscle strength, improve coordination and support lymphatic circulation. For a broader approach to physical, mental and emotional health, C7 Training also connects clients with vetted recovery, physical therapy and nutrition specialists. The studio’s message centers on empowering women and supporting wellness at any age.
Its name and ladybug symbol honor the memory of Shannon King Cave’s friend Betsy Clement, whose passion for education inspired the tribute. C7 Training donates a portion of its proceeds each quarter to the TCU Betsy Clement Memorial Scholarship Fund and West Dallas Community School
