California Garage Door is a statewide referral and information service that helps property owners identify garage door needs and submit requests for independent contractor review. It is not a single statewide contractor or a staffed local branch, and a request does not guarantee coverage, availability, pricing, or an appointment. An independent contractor must accept the work and directly confirm the property address, timing, scope, price, fees, product availability, and warranty terms.

The service covers residential and commercial garage door needs, including repair and installation, replacement, spring and opener work, maintenance, off-track recovery, and commercial door services. Its published regional and city pages help users explore potential service markets, while the exact address remains subject to review. The site also provides practical guides on repair costs, whether to repair or replace, permit requirements, contractor licence checks, common door problems, and LiftMaster and Chamberlain resources. It encourages customers to verify the accepting contractor’s identity and licence, and to review an itemized written scope before authorizing work.
