CAALC

Crispus Attucks Alumni Lettermen’s Club (CAALC) supports students and student-athletes at Crispus Attucks High School in Indianapolis. The organization brings alumni and supporters together to recognize students who go above and beyond, while helping fund scholarships and book awards for outstanding graduating student-athletes. Its scholarship program is supported through direct donations and the club’s annual golf outing.

Applicants must meet criteria set by the Scholarship Committee; finalists are interviewed, and recipients are selected from those interviews. The club invites community members to join as voting or supporting members, donate to the Herman Lynne Poindexter Scholarship Fund, and participate in its golf tournament. Sponsorship packages are also available.

CAALC shares information about scholarship winners, honorees, events, and club activities through its website, alongside a gallery and announcements. Its work offers alumni and supporters practical ways to contribute to student recognition and educational support. The club is based in Indianapolis and can be contacted by email or mail
