Cabinet LS Patrimoine

Cabinet LS Patrimoine is an independent wealth management firm founded in 2004 and based in Charleville-Mézières, in France’s Ardennes region. It advises individuals, business owners, liberal professionals and associations across the Grand Est, offering tailored guidance independent of banks, insurers and product distributors. The firm’s approach begins with a review of each client’s financial and personal circumstances, then builds a strategy to grow, organise, protect or transfer assets over the long term.

Its services cover financial and property investment, tax planning, retirement preparation, estate and succession planning, and family asset protection. Financial solutions may include life insurance, PEA investment plans, PER retirement plans, capitalisation contracts, securities accounts and SCPI property funds. Property advice spans new-build, existing and rental investments, including fractional ownership structures. The firm also supports business owners with company cash management, business sales and post-sale capital planning. Its advisers coordinate with notaries and other professionals where appropriate. Led by Lucas Scopelliti, the firm combines local, personal service with a broad selection of investment options, and offers an initial meeting free of charge and without obligation.
