– Cabinet Nitescence

Clotilde Dabernat is a hypnotherapist based in Dijon, France, offering in-person appointments at her office and remote sessions by video. Her practice focuses particularly on supporting women through significant or challenging life stages, including fertility concerns, infertility, assisted reproductive technology (PMA), pregnancy, childbirth preparation, and the period after birth. She also works with clients on emotional wellbeing, personal goals, and professional development.

Through hypnosis and individual support, Dabernat helps clients explore emotional blocks and limiting patterns, manage stress and fears, build confidence, and strengthen their connection with themselves and their bodies. Her services address grief, pregnancy loss, setbacks, past emotional pain, and difficulties with letting go or moving forward. Sessions are tailored to each person’s needs and circumstances. The practice also offers group hypnosis workshops for expectant parents, including sessions intended to support relaxation and preparation for childbirth. Remote appointments and session recordings can help clients continue their practice at home.
